02A fake account is impersonating me on Instagram, can you help?
Yes. We document the profile and use Meta’s impersonation channel. If the conduct harms your peace, reputation, or identity, separate remedies may be available under French law; their relevance must be assessed case by case.
03Is image rights law different from DMCA?
Yes. Copyright protects an original work and is exercised by its owner or authorized representative. Image rights and privacy concern the person depicted and depend on context. Several grounds may sometimes overlap, but not automatically.
04Do you also handle Story or Reel screenshots?
