CRD gives agencies one workspace for following the protection of multiple creators. Each creator keeps an isolated personal area, while the agency receives an operational view of activation, filings, removals, and cases that require a decision.

What you manage

  • authorized members of your team;
  • creators attached to the agency and their activation state;
  • official accounts used as reference points;
  • detected content, its status, and recorded actions;
  • reports, authorizations, and escalations available under your plan.

The lifecycle of a case

An accessible result is first matched to a creator and their official accounts. When it is qualified and eligible, CRD selects the documented reporting route. The case remains visible while follow-ups and verification take place. If the standard route is no longer sufficient, an escalation can be chosen manually.

Start here

Configure the agency, invite your first creator, then check their official accounts and DMCA authorization from the dashboard. The guides in this documentation follow the same order.

API and webhooks

To connect your software to the same agency workspace, read the API documentation and quickstart. The endpoint reference describes available operations; the webhooks guide explains event delivery, signature verification and retries.
