Commercial source of truth

Billing shows the active plan, current period, creator capacity, and options actually available to the agency. These values take precedence over an older proposal or documentation screenshot.

Capacity

Each plan has a number of slots. An invitation may be prepared, but creator activation depends on available capacity. The portal indicates when an extension or plan change is required.

Trials and subscriptions

When a trial is available, its duration and end date are shown before activation. At the end of the trial, the terms displayed in Billing determine service continuity.

White label

Access to branding settings, custom domains, and personalized exports depends on the entitlements shown on the account. Check those entitlements in the portal before promising a configuration to a client.
