Reporting & follow-ups
How CRD prepares, sends, and follows removal requests.

Filing requirements
Eligible content can be reported when the source has an active route, the URL is actionable, the account is authorized, and an approved DMCA authorization is available where required. Official accounts and excluded domains are not reported.
Grouping and traceability
Several URLs going to the same contact may be grouped during a short window to reduce duplicate messages. Each URL remains tracked in its own case even when it appears in a shared notice.
The log shows the destination used, route type, available delivery state, and the current state of the content. “Sent” describes transmission; it does not mean removal has been confirmed.
Follow-ups
Up to three follow-up templates may be used while a case remains eligible. When the standard route is exhausted or blocked, the case moves to manual attention. No paid escalation is triggered without an explicit decision.
