Set up a custom domain

Prepare the name

Prefer a dedicated subdomain such as app.your-agency.com. In portal settings, enter the exact hostname without an additional path.

Add the records

CRD displays the CNAME and, when required, TXT values assigned to your agency. Copy them into the DNS zone at the provider that actually manages the domain’s nameservers.

1. Add the displayed CNAME for the subdomain.
2. Add the verification TXT record if it appears in the portal.
3. Remove or correct any conflicting record on the same name.
4. Return to CRD and run verification.

Verification states

The domain stays pending until public DNS matches the expected values. Successful verification lets the system attach the domain to the portal. DNS timing depends on the provider and is not guaranteed.
