Agency agreement

An authorized representative signs the main agreement in Compliance before activating protection. The new offer charges €69 per active creator per month for 1–9 active creators and €59 each from 10, across the entire roster. The agreement covers the single 7-day trial, proration, pauses and included services.

Pricing depends on active creator count: moving from 10 to 9 increases the total from €590 to €621. Every change shows the new rate and total before confirmation. Previously signed agreements retain their conditions until an agreed transition; their text is not rewritten retroactively.

Creator authorization

Each creator completes onboarding and signs their individual authorization. It must be approved and valid before activation in Reports → Protection. Incomplete onboarding or missing, rejected, expired or revoked authorization blocks activation. The same checks apply to the API.

Escalation mandate

Paid escalations require a separate mandate, an accepted quote and approved payment. They are not automatically charged with monthly protection.

Your documents

View and download the current agreement and authorizations in Compliance. Document status indicates whether it is pending, signed, approved, rejected or revoked. Agencies must not sign for creators without appropriate authority.
