Agency agreement

The main agreement governs the relationship between the agency and CRD. Where required, it must be signed by an authorized representative before the relevant functions can be enabled.

Escalation mandate

Enhanced legal interventions use a separate mandate. The portal checks that it exists before allowing payment and creation of an escalation.

Creator DMCA authorization

Each creator completes their own authorization in their workspace. It carries their identity and the authority required for compatible procedures. The agency can follow its status but should not sign for the creator unless an explicit legal framework permits it.
